Tahini chia loaf

Seriously simple, deliciously nutty yet nut-free. I modified this from a low carb forum (can't remember where, sorry!) Per serve (2 slices): Cal: 174; Fat: 14.6g; Pro: 9.4g; Carb: 1.2g

  • 5 tablespoon Tahini
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt, Himalayan


Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a loaf tray with baking paper or grease with coconut oil.

Blend together all ingredients (not too long, just until mixed).

Bake in oven around 25 minutes, check with skewer to see if cooked through middle.

Once cooked, take out, cool off. Slice into 10 slices.
