These low sugar (keto) treats are super easy to make and taste great. No added sugar and good for those with high energy needs. Makes 12. Per disc: Cal: 172; Fat: 14.7g; Pro: 3.1g; Carbs: 1.0g

- 0.5 cups Oil, coconut
- 0.5 cups Almond butter
- 1 cups Coconut, desiccated
- 25 grams Pea protein powder, vanilla (1 oz)
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Melt the coconut oil on medium heat on the stovetop or in the microwave. Transfer to a food processor and add the other ingredients and blend until well mixed.
Pour mixture into a 12-hole silicon or standard muffin tin and put in fridge to set.
*You could substitute any nut or seed butter for almond (such as tahini, peanut butter etc)
