Sesame miso meatballs

Super quick and nutritious, these are tasty with a tahini based sauce on top of zucchini noodles, alongside kumara fries or on a salad for lunch leftovers. Serves 4. Per serve: Cal: 440; Fat: 26.9g; Pro: 47.3g; Carbs: 1.8g

  • 700 grams Beef mince (1 lb 8.5 oz)
  • 100 grams Liver (beef, chicken) (3.5 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Seed, sesame, dried, raw


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish (large, flat) with coconut oil or olive oil. 

Mix all ingredients together and, using a large tablespoon, form 20 meatballs and place evenly in the baking dish.

Bake until cooked through. Serve immediately or eat the next day (also awesome).
