Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish (large, flat) with coconut oil or olive oil.
Mix all ingredients together and, using a large tablespoon, form 20 meatballs and place evenly in the baking dish.
Bake until cooked through. Serve immediately or eat the next day (also awesome).
