Cinnamon loaf

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Coconut oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cups Ground flaxmeal
  • 0.33 cups Equal Natural Sweetener (Stevia)
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoon Unsweetened vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cinammon
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • pinch Salt, Himalayan

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking paper. 

Melt coconut oil. Whisk eggs in a small bowl and add remaining ingredients.

Pour into loaf tin and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until knife comes out clean in the middle when checked.
