Delicious, easy to make and keto. Serves 12. Per serve: Cals: 156; Fat: 12.8g; Pro: 7.5g; Carbs: 1.2g

- 0.5 cups Coconut oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cups Ground flaxmeal
- 0.33 cups Equal Natural Sweetener (Stevia)
- 0.25 cups Coconut flour
- 2 teaspoon Unsweetened vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Cinammon
- 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
- pinch Salt, Himalayan
Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Melt coconut oil. Whisk eggs in a small bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Pour into loaf tin and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until knife comes out clean in the middle when checked.
