Melt the coconut oil on medium heat on the stovetop or in the microwave. Transfer to a food processor and add the other ingredients and blend until well mixed.
Pour mixture into a 12-hole silicon or standard muffin tin and put in fridge to set.
*You could substitute any nut or seed butter for almond (such as tahini, peanut butter etc)
