Citrus coconut smoothie

Citrus deliciousness, hiding vegetables. Serves 1. Per serve: Cal: 340; Fat: 16g: Pro: 32g; Carbs:13g

- 1 Courgette
- 0.5 Orange
- 0.5 Lemon
- 25 grams Clean Lean Protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon Collagen peptides, Great Lakes
- 2 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
- 0.75 cups Almond milk, unsweetened
- 0.25 cups Coconut cream
- 0.5 cups Ice
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Peel the courgette, orange and lemon (can leave courgette unpeeled if you don't mind the green tinge).
Add all ingredients except the chia seeds to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
Pour into class, sprinkle chia seeds on top, serve.
*of course, can add chia seeds before blending or omit them entirely :)
