Citrus coconut smoothie

Citrus deliciousness, hiding vegetables. Serves 1. Per serve: Cal: 340; Fat: 16g: Pro: 32g; Carbs:13g

  • 1 Courgette
  • 0.5 Orange
  • 0.5 Lemon
  • 25 grams Clean Lean Protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon Collagen peptides, Great Lakes
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
  • 0.75 cups Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 0.25 cups Coconut cream
  • 0.5 cups Ice
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds


Peel the courgette, orange and lemon (can leave courgette unpeeled if you don't mind the green tinge). 

Add all ingredients except the chia seeds to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Pour into class, sprinkle chia seeds on top, serve.


*of course, can add chia seeds before blending or omit them entirely :)
