Chocolate tahini smoothie

Smoothies can be a good addition to a protein hit in the morning - this one also manages to stuff in a serve or two of veggies. Awesome. Serves 1. Per serve: Cal: 224; Fat: 15g; Pro: 12g; Carb: 8g

  • 0.5 Carrot
  • 0.5 cups Broccoli
  • 0.5 cups Kale
  • 250 milliliters Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao powder
  • 0.5 cups Ice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Stevia (i.e. Matakana Wholefoods)


Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy.
