Choc mint keto slice

Choc-mint deliciousness. Great for those with high energy needs and who are low carb. Makes 20 pieces. Per piece: Cal: 123; Fat: 11.7g; Pro: 3.1g; Carbs: 1.0g

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cups Coconut butter
  • 3 tablespoon Equal Natural Sweetener (Stevia)
  • 3 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 grams Protein powder, unflavoured
  • 0.5 cups Almond meal
  • 5 Peppermint oil, drops

Instructions

Melt coconut oil and coconut butter until liquid (either in microwave or on the stove top using a double- boiler system. Line a baking or loaf tin with baking paper.

Add all ingredients and mix until well blended (or use a food processor).

Pour into baking tin and set in fridge for at least an hour. Once set, cut into 20 pieces and store in fridge or freezer

 

*I use doTerra essential oils, make sure the oils you use are high quality. Alternatively, use peppermint essence.
