Carrot cake oats

A warming way to start the morning, and perfect for anyone who knows they feel awesome eating oats for breakfast. Serves 1. Per serve: Cal: 313; Fat: 12g; Pro: 30g; Carbs: 17g

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flaxmeal
  • 3 tablespoon Oats, rolled, raw
  • 25 grams Clean Lean Protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 250 milliliters Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground ginger

Instructions

Grate carrot and pop into a small pot, along with all of the other ingredients.

Stir over a medium heat until milk has absorbed into the oats and everything is cooked - around 8-10 minutes depending on heat.

Enjoy.

 

*I used doTerra oils instead of the spices and they tasted great - if using essential oils then ensure they are of a higher quality brand
